1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Company (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to EthicalFounder.com, a provider of professional AI Automation Workflows and Digital Services.
- Service refers to the AI Automation Platform, encompassing all available AI Agents, Templates, Workflows, Tools, and APIs accessible via the Website.
- Terms mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company.
- Website refers to EthicalFounder.com.
- You means the individual, business, or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
2. General Compliance and Ethical Use Mandate
2.1 Acknowledgment and Agreement
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and the separate Ethical Founder Privacy Policy.
2.2 Disclaimer of Professional Advice (New Section)
THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
- The Service provides automation tools only.
- We do not provide legal, health, financial, tax, or specific business advice.
- Any data, content, or workflows generated by the Service should not be considered a substitute for professional counsel. You are solely responsible for consulting with qualified professionals regarding your specific legal, business, or financial situation.
2.3 Compliance with Global Law and Policy
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and third-party policies.
- Governing Compliance: We adhere to the laws and regulations of the Indian Government and the United States Government, and our operations are governed by these standards.
- Third-Party Policy Adherence: You must adhere to the policies of all platforms and services you interact with, including Google T&C, AdSense Program Policies, Google Search Guidelines, and all external Terms of Service (TOS).
3. The Ethical Founder Service and User Obligations
3.1 Service Scope: Ethical Automation Only
The Service is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing comprehensive, AI-driven Automation Workflows and Agents designed exclusively to make your ethical work easy.
The tools automate and optimize various business processes, including (but not limited to) Data Enrichment, Business Intelligence, and Operational Workflow Management.
3.2 Prohibited Activities and Liability
You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity. The Company only gives automation tools; the legal and ethical responsibility for the tool’s use rests entirely with You.
- Unethical Use: Prohibited activities include using the Service for unauthorized surveillance or collecting information that violates privacy laws or ethical norms.
- User Indemnity: You are solely responsible for the lawful use, storage, and legal consequences of any data or actions derived from Your use of the Service.
This revised structure now makes three major policy-safe statements:
- Scope of Service: We just give automation tools.
- Disclaimer: We never give legal, health, or business advice.
- Compliance: We follow all Indian and US government laws.

4. Financial and Termination Terms
4.1 Subscription, Fees, and Payment
Fees are based on Your chosen subscription plan and are billed in advance. Your subscription is subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled by You. EthicalFounder reserves the right to change fees upon 30 days’ notice.
4.2 Refunds and Termination
- Refunds: All subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written refund policy.
- Termination: We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms, particularly the Ethical Use Mandate (Section 3).
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1 “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” The Company expressly disclaims all warranties regarding the Service. We provide no guarantee that the Service will meet Your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or that the accuracy, reliability, or currency of the generated data or outputs will be guaranteed.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
